The Challenge:

One of our partner organizations was struggling with current supervisors not having the leadership skills required to effectively manage the organization.

 

The Solution:

RDI-HR developed a customized leadership development program to address specific gaps in the leadership team and created individual action plans to progress the supervisory talent.

 

The Results:

As a result of the customized development program, more than 75% of participants improved in their selected focus areas and are growing in their career stages as outlined in their development plans. An additional benefit is that turnover of frontline employees has reduced by 29% since implementing the leadership program.
